small manual for bridge inspection and repair
Whoever wrote this small manual for bridge inspection and repair obviously had a good sense of humour and was a talented cartoonist. The manual is all hand written with many cartoon characters illustrating bridge maintenance procedures. This page, entitled "Job Site Cleanup", gives a cleanup checklist followed by a Bridge Crew caricature sporting a good housekeeping badge. ca. 1940s.
