Memorandum to the Yukon Gold Commissioner from J.H. McNeill, Superintendent of Works and Buildings for the Yukon dated September 27, 1929 regarding the International Highway. McNeill was requested to comment on what was known locally as the proposed International Highway (what became the Alaska Highway). He included his opinion on why people were interested in building a highway, the proposed location, issues related to construction and economic justification for the highway.
