Highway paraphernalia has been an industry in itself. This was a sticker produced for the Alaska Highway 25th Anniversary in 1967. A forerunner was the famous bumper sticker "I survived the Alaska Highway" - a reference to the rough winding road of the past, when driving the highway was an ordeal.
