One of the Yukon’s "colourful 5%", Harry "Wigwam" Fieck arrived in the Yukon in 1942 to work on the highway as an employee of the U.S. Army. The drawing and photograph on the postcard are by Jim Robb, a Yukon artist whose efforts to document longtime Yukoners earned him an appointment to the Order of Canada.
