Jim Quong was part of a Department of Public Works Task Force appointed on Nov. 10, 1970; they were charged with organizing matters necessary for handover on April 1, 1971. This transfer did not happen until 1972. This letter dated December 8, 1970 requests the need to update all site and building plans before this information is transferred to Yukon Territorial Government.
